Germany: €4.95 – free on orders from €120
EU (all countries except France and the Netherlands): €8.95
Switzerland: €9.95

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Climate-compensated delivery to your door with DHL GoGreen.

Within Germany 1–3 working days, within Europe up to 7 working days.

DELIVERY TO SWITZERLAND

No customs duties apply to deliveries to Switzerland. For orders above approx. CHF 62 (including shipping), Swiss Post charges Swiss VAT (8.1%) plus a handling fee on delivery. These costs are payable directly on delivery.

Please send returns from Switzerland back to us with Swiss Post. Include a copy of the invoice and mark the parcel as a return.

RETURNS

We encourage you to contact us first to avoid unnecessary returns and shipping. Choosing the right size saves you the hassle of a return and reduces the environmental impact. Our size guide with detailed measurements is available on every product page. If you need help, contact us at hello@oseas.de

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please do not combine returns from several orders, as this slows down processing. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Because underwear is worn close to the body, products that have been used cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned. Please check size and style before opening the product.

Once your return has been inspected, we will let you know whether it has been accepted or rejected. This can take up to 7 working days after we receive the return. Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method. The shipping costs of the original order are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or design, please return your item(s) and place a new order.
