SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship the boxer shorts in small, reusable packaging, so they should reach you within a few days. We ship the products from our location in Dortmund. If you don't like the boxer shorts, it would be great if you could contact us by mail: hello@oseas.de.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping at the moment, because we want to offer the shorts as cheap as possible for you. However, we have kept our packaging as small as possible so that shipping is as minimal as possible for you.
SIZE AND FIT
Here you can find our Size Guide. We recommend that you take the size you always take. If you usually wear tight boxers, it might be a good idea to take a size smaller at first so you can get used to the looser boxers. If you are still undecided, feel free to contact us!
PRICE TRANSPARENCY
We know that 20 euros for a pair of boxer shorts is not a small amount. However, if you value manufacturing in Portugal, fair wages and working conditions, as well as short transport routes and sustainable materials, and at the same time you want to support small, local businesses, then unfortunately that's the price we have to take. We would like to show you transparently how much we pay for what. In the long run, our running and one-time costs will be reduced, which is why we are striving to offer you even cheaper underwear in the future. In total we pay per boxer shorts from production to shipping just: 18,83 Euro
PRODUCT CARE
Machine wash at 30-40°C (105°F) with similar colors. To reduce energy consumption and color loss, please DO NOT dry the boxer in the dryer, hang it up. Ironing and folding is then the supreme discipline.
Please, please wash the shorts only at max. 40°C. Otherwise the color of the elastic waistband may change and you will not like them as much anymore. Due to the antibacterial fabric, this is not only good for the shorts, but also saves energy.
LINT & COLOR LOSS
Your boxer shorts leave behind lint? This is completely normal. After the third time of washing, these should not be found.
The shine of the black also diminishes over time. Unfortunately, this is also unavoidable and completely normal for the fabric. We tested countless other brands before we started oseas and always found the same thing.
WARRANTY
Currently we do not offer a warranty on our products. However, if you have any problems with the boxer shorts you received or if they do not meet your quality expectations, please contact us and we will find a solution: hello@oseas.de.

ABOUT US
We are two really good friends who have been spending a lot of time together in nature, especially skiing and surfing, for a good 10 years. When we needed new boxer shorts in 2020, but couldn't find anything that met our needs, we decided to design and produce underwear ourselves.
